Here are the steps:

1. Fill out our simple  Cover Sheet


2. Email cover sheet and documents to Cameron@ToProcessandServe.com
   OR fax to (480) 445-9784 OR Drop off in person or mail to one of our
   3 convenient valley locations.


3. We will attempt to serve your documents the next business day.
   If necessary, up to 5 attempted serves will be made within 5 business days.


4. Once your serve is completed you will be promptly notified by your choice:
   Phone, Email or Text.


5. A declaration of service (a document signed by a licensed process server
   under oath stating that party was served specific documents on
   date/time/location) will be filed with the appropriate court.
   A court stamped copy will be emailed to you for your records
   within 3 business days to serve as a written confirmation
   that your serve was completed.
